To point out the realism and legitimacy of this contemporary approach, we have deduced some of the real experiences that occurred in the history of successful companies in the Western environment, A practical exercise of the concept of employee empowerment in multiple forms, and has created the conditions and the appropriate elements to apply this concept, in reference to us how to benefit the algerian companies from them.
