Abstract EN

This study aimed to the role of Educational Supervision in solving educational problems in elementary school and teachers point of view and study sample included 100 teachers, representing the original research community and serve the researcher questionnaire as a tool to gather information and be one of the (20) items represent the work of supervisors in overcoming difficulties facing teachers during the learning process.

The results showed that all the paragraphs that represent the questionnaire was realized when supervisors during follow-ups as supervisory researcher found through search results to some of the recommendations and proposals that would evolution of the educational process
