Abstract EN

This study deals with the contribution of organizational culture to the development of creative behavior.

And this study was tested in the Directorate of State Properties in the Djelfa state.

The study summarized a set of results, the most important of which are the following : -The level of awareness of organizational culture among employees in the State Property Directorate was average.- The level of perception of creative behavior among employees in the State Property Directorate was average.

- There is an effect of organizational culture through the(organizational norms) dimension on creative behavior from the point of view of workers in the State Property Directorate.

-There is no effect of organizational culture through a dimension(functional values, organizational beliefs, organizational expectations, policies and procedures) on the creative behavior from the viewpoint of employees in the State Property Directorate.

In light this conclusions reached, a researchers to a number of recommendations that are compatible with Contemporary environment.
