This study aims to uncover the role of school counseling in achieving psychological security among secondary school pupils in the Wilayat of Ain Defla, and to achieve the objectives of the study, two questionnaires were applied, the first related to school counseling, and the second related to psychological security on a sample of 150 students, chosen in a simple random way from five secondary schools.

In Ain al-Defla state, pursuing a descriptive analytical approach After collecting data and analyzing the results, we concluded that: There are statistically significant differences between students in the level of school counseling and the level of their psychological security.

Also, school counseling has a weak effect on achieving psychological security for secondary school students.
