despite of the remarkable progress in the research and studies group that concern you with special needs, especially in light of the increasing interest in them and meeting their needs, however the representation to ward this social category still takes a crucial part in different researches for variety of field(psychology, sociology, education) for these reasons we decide to conduct this research using a sample of 154 educators from both in special centers in jijel city, depending on the interconnected network technique and this to determine the nature and structure of these perceptions and from the field study we have reached the following results: Educators representation about people with special needs was approximately negative, and the nature of the educator's representation it was found that the central nucleus of the perception of the educators towards the individual with special needs includes the axis of an individual suffering inability with the greatest frequency (328).
