تتناول هذه الورقة تمكين الموارد البشرية و علاقته بجودة الحياة الوظيفية في مؤسسة تابعة للقطاع العام الجزائري حاصلة على شهادة الأيزو 9001: 2008.
حيث تم جمع البيانات من 105 أفراد باستخدام استبيانين.
و أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيا بين تمكين الموارد البشرية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية، كما بينت النتائج أن الأبعاد الخمسة لتمكين الموارد البشرية (القيادة و الإشراف، و الاتصالات، و بناء المعارف و المهارات، و التحفيز، و فرق العمل) لها علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة احصائيا مع جودة الحياة الوظيفية.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تمكين الموارد البشرية يؤدي إلى تحسين مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية
Abstract EN
The aim of the present paper is to study the relationship between the Human resource empowerment (HRE) and the quality of work life (QWL) in a company of the Algerian public sector certified for ISO 9001: 2008.
105 employees participated in the study.
The results indicated that HRE has positive significant correlation with QWL.
The results also showed that the five HRE dimensions (Leadership and supervision, communication, building knowledge and skills, motivation, and Teamwork) have positive significant correlation with the QWL.
Hence, a greater HRE can ensure a higher QWL.
