Abstract EN

The study aimed to test the correlation and impact between: administrative leadership , the quality of the work environment and the administrative creativity variables, at King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia, using descriptive analytical approach, due to the small size of the study population, the comprehensive survey method was applied, and (144) questionnaires were distributed, (64) questionnaires were excluded because they were not valid for analysis, so that the study sample consisted of (80).

55.56% of the total distributed questionnaires were retrieved.

SPSS program is used to collect and analyze data, a number of statistical methods are used to verify the hypothesis, including the correlation coefficient (person) and simple regression analysis.

The most important results are: The administrative leaders are developing the administrative creativity of their employees, and that creativity is the basis for success in modern organizations.

The recommendations are: Creating an administration for creativity in all colleges of the university concerned with creators and studying how to benefit from them as well as helping them to apply their creative ideas
