This study aimed at revealing the presence of Arab woman in the Arabic language curricula for the basic stage.

The Palestinian curriculum was used as a model for the content analysis, more specifically the Arabic language curricula from the first grade to the fourth grade that have been approved by the Palestinian Ministry of Education for the academic year 2018-2019.

The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach carry on the content analysis.

The researcher prepared a tool that included a list of the components of woman's presence i.e.

family, social, political, national, and professional roles.

The quantitative and qualitative analysis was conducted in the light of this list.

The results of the study revealed that the social and family roles of woman hit the first rank by (61%) as follows: "daughter, sister, friend, grandmother, and wife, neighbour." The results also showed that Woman's professional roles were in the second rank with 36% as follows: “student, teacher, doctor, thinker, painter, farmer, engineer, journalist, worker, manager, researcher, sewing, and finally nurse.

Additionally, the results figured out that the political and national roles of woman ranked the third by 3%, as follows: "Woman as a symbol of land, women participating in political and national work, wife or daughter of a martyr or a prisoner".

The study recommended the need to balance the educational content of curricula when exposed to the mission of women and their different roles in the Arab curricula in general and our Palestinian curricula in particular.
