Abstract EN

The study aimed at detecting the differences in the level of creative thinking among principals in the district of Irbid according to the gender variable of the director and the correlation between the level of creative thinking and the leadership skills of the principals in the district of Irbid.

The study sample consisted of (216) School Principals in the district of Irbid, And the study used the Torrance test for Creative Thinking and Saudi’s scale in leadership skills.

The results of the study indicate that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of creative thinking in general among the principals of the schools of the Irbid Brigade, Depending on why And the correlation between the skill of flexibility and personal skills was the highest correlation relationship, and the lowest correlation between the skill of originality and mental skills, The researcher's recommendations highlighted the importance of developing diverse programs to develop creative thinking and leadership skills among principals
