Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of professional competencies of teachers of multi-disability students within the classroom environment and their relationship to job satisfaction in Taif.

This study was based on the descriptive approach.

A questionnaire was used to collect the data, which included the scales of professional competencies, and job satisfaction.

The study sample consisted of (20) teachers of multi-disability students within the classroom environment in Taif governorate.

The results indicated that the professional competencies of teachers of multi-disability students were medium, and that the degree of job satisfaction among teachers of multi-disability students was also medium.

The results showed that there were a statistically significant relationship between the professional competencies and job satisfaction among teachers of multi-disability students.

The results showed a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction with promotion opportunities and personal dimension.

In addition, there was a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction as a whole and personal dimension.

Moreover, there was a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction with work content and professional competencies as a whole.

As for the rest of the correlation coefficients between the areas of job satisfaction and the areas of cognitive skill was not statistically significant, all positive values.
