Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing social education teachers in the secondary stage of moral leadership and their relation to the organizational values of their teaching in Jordan, and its relationship with sex, experience and region variables.

The study sample consisted of (146) teachers in three regions (middle, north and south).

The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and developed the study tool (questionnaire ethical leadership and teaching organizational values) to achieve its objectives after reviewing the educational literature and previous studies.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing the teachers of social studies in the secondary stage of the organizational values of teaching and moral leadership was high, Study shows positive correlation with statistically significant differences between the degree of social studies teachers at the secondary level of moral leadership and all areas of the focus of teaching and organizational values college degree axis relationship.

And there were no statistically significant differences in the axis of the organizational leadership according to gender variable and for females, and there were no statistically significant differences in the axis of teaching organizational values according to the variable of experience and the region.

This study has some recommendations for a number of studies that other researchers can undertake in the future, such as building training programs based on teaching organizational values and ethical leadership to develop teaching practices for teachers and for all levels of education.
