Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify Senge Model implementation degree at Irbid Governorate schools as learning organizations from teachers' point of view.

The study sample consisted of (670) public and private school teachers selected randomly.

To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive Survey methodology was used, as a questionnaire was employed for data collection.

The results of the study showed that Senge Model implementation degree in Irbid Governorate schools as learning organizations from teachers' point of view was moderate.

There were statistically significant differences in learning organization implementation degree due to experience, in favor of 10 years and more; statistically significant difference in the overall degree of applying learning organization and all its fields except (Empowerment and Management, Systemic Thinking) due to gender, in favor of males; while no statistically significant differences were found due to qualification, except for (Common Vision, Systemic Thinking) fields, in favor of higher than BA; no statistically significant differences in the learning organization overall implementation degree, and all its fields except for (Common Vision, Systemic Thinking) due to type of school, in favor of private schools.

In light of the result, some recommendations were suggested.
