The study aims to highlight and clarify the strategic role of human resources, by showing the contributions of HRM to the overall strategy of the organization, the extent to which the human resources management strategy is linked to the organization's strategy; The study concluded that several areas of activity, contribution and levels of interconnection between the strategic role of human resources and the overall strategic management of the organization are identified, in addition to this, we distinguish between four types of HRM contributions to strategic HR management, it is the administrative contribution, one-way link, two-way link, holistic link.
