The Malaysian model is one of the most successful models in achieving comprehensive development at all levels and levels.

It is noteworthy that within a few decades it has achieved a developmental renaissance in the field of education and has been able to move from developing countries to developed countries.

The fact that decision-making processes are realistic in setting goals has become an ideal model for many developing and even developed countries.

In this paper, we will attempt to analyze the role of public expenditure in achieving the objectives of educational policies in Malaysia to determine the effectiveness of Malaysia's dependence on public expenditure as a tool to achieve its educational goals.

For which it devoted huge financial allocations to its overall budget, in order to develop the human element, as it is the major contributor to the success of any comprehensive experience.

On this basis, we have highlighted how Algeria can benefit from the Malaysian model.
