Despit the gret importance attachad by the researcher and the studies this research aims to find the effect of PLAN strategy in collecting for the student of the fourth stage for the history matter and devlop their deductin thinking and to achieve this goal the researcher follow certain methods: -ther are no statistically significance differences in the range of (0.05 )between the average degrees of controlling grope who study history subject according to plan strategy and the average degrees of controlling grupe who study according to traditional methods in collecting test.

the experimental style with partial control had been choice; the researcher choose AL-Imam secondary school in Balad as an intentionally sample.

the sample was(56)pupils divide by in to (28)for each group.

The researcher reaches the following results.

*Its obvious that group wich study according PLAN strategy had master on the students who study by the traditional way.

he recommended.

doing an extralesson for the techers who teach history in different levels.

and the teachers shoud use more than one way to teach the subject.

the researcher suggest.

doing another study to the effect of using PLAN strategy in another levels in the school.
