Abstract AR
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر المناخ التنظيمي بأبعاده (نمط القيادة، نمط الاتصال، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، نظام إجراءات العمل، التكنولوجيا) على التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلبة جامعة أم البواقي خلال جائحة كرونا (2020-2021)، وقد اعتمدنا على الاستبيان الذي وزع على (200) أستاذ في الجامعة المعنية، و حلل بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS و مقاييس إحصائية متنوعة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي قوي لـ: (نمط القيادة، نمط الاتصال) على التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلبة، و أثر إيجابي متوسط لـ: (المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، نظام إجراءات العمل، التكنولوجيا) على التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلبة في الجامعة محل الدراسة
Abstract EN
The study aims to analyze the impact of the organizational climate with its dimensions (leadership style, communication style, participation in decision-making, work procedures system, technology) on the academic results of Oum El Bouaghi University students during the Corona pandemic (2020-2021).
We rely on the questionnaire tool that was distributed to (200) professors at the concerned university, and analyzed by the SPSS statistical program and various statistical measures.
The study found a strong positive impact of (leadership style, communication style) on students' academic results, and a medium positive effect of (participation in decision-making, work procedures system, technology) on students' academic results at the university under study.
