The Administration Board in service organizations of all types and sizes a prominent and active role in the various activities organization, management decision-making, achieve their goals, and ensure their survival and continuity.

This requires that the Administration Board in those unit organizations coherent and homogeneous enjoy its members a number of specifications and features to do all the tasks, and is a special.

So aim of the research is the first kind in Iraq, to the knowledge of the researcher to identify the behavioral patterns of the board members in the service organizations through the use of model theory of Belbin, which consists of nine innings or behavioral patterns to see how the balance of Board team or not.

And adopted the search Palestine international hotel in Baghdad model.

The research sample is members of the hotel management.

To investigate the hypothesis, the use of a questionnaire included seven variables that measure and reveal the availability of behavioral roles using SPSS statistical program and use of a matrix Belbin for statistical results.

This showed that all members of the Administration Board on a personal level have three innings of the roles of Belbin with nine different natures of the roles of member to another within the team.

While the results of the analysis showed the overall level of the team the Board of management of the hotel is free from two roles of the roles of the nine Belbin (Plant role and resources investigator role), and thus, the Administration Board of the Palestine International Hotel is weak or limited balance between its members through a lack of players for some roles as in (resources investigator and Plant), which in turn will impact on the poor performance of the Board and its success.
