Abstract EN

this research talks about the attitude of Abu Hayyan from the son of Malik in martyrdom of hadith through his book "Appendix and supplementation to explain the facility" to the section of "forbidden to exchange", this is (14) books, representing 80% of the appendix and supplementation.

Firstly, the research shows the opinion of the modernists on the attitudes of the grammarians from the citation of the hadith, then the research analyzed and studied the hadiths cited by Abu Hayyan in his book : "Appendix and supplementation" there were around 188 hadith from the thoughtful part and classified in to types, which are: 1- What was agreed by Abu Hayyan Ibn Malik, in (104) hadiths, 2 - What is silent about Abu Hayyan, in (8) hadiths, with average 4.25%.

3 - What is unique to Abu Hayyan, in (42) hadiths, with average 22.34%.

4 - Violations of Abu Hayan Ibn Malik, in (34) hadiths, with average 18,08%.

The researcher mentioned models on these types, while the hadiths in which Abu Hayyan Ibn Malik disagreed, the researcher mentioned all in detail.

The research concluded with the results that reveal the practical opinion of Abu Hayyan in his view of the martyrdom of the Hadith.
