Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the methods of managing family differences among families in the city of Ajloun from the wife's point of view, the descriptive approach was used through the questionnaire, and the in-depth interview as tools to reach the results of the study, the study sample consisted of (100) married women to whom the questionnaire was distributed, as was the questionnaire Conducting interviews with (25) married women, in the governorate of Ajloun - Kasbah from the period from August to October 2019.

The results of the study concluded that there are many methods of managing disputes among families in Ajloun, and that the most common method is "negotiation", and the least used is "arbitration", as wives do not like to rule a third party except for the extreme necessity, because this method is binding on both parties Social and legal.

The results of the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α.050.05) in the methods used to manage family differences in the family in Ajloun district from the wife's point of view according to variables: (age, educational level of the husband, educational level of the wife).

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the methods used to manage family differences in the family in Ajloun from the wife's point of view depending on the monthly income variable.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of holding awareness-raising workshops in the field of family disputes and the best ways to settle them within a specific time schedule for both spouses.
