Abstract EN

This study aims at examining the relationship between both the human talent management system and Organizational Performance.

In addition, the study aims to assess the impact of the human talent management system on Organizational performance, the study was applied to the employees of Al Rajhi Bank - Abha - case study –.

In order to achieve its objectives, this study follows the descriptive analytical approach.

The study population consisted of employees working in Al Rajhi Bank - Abha The study was implemented on a random sample of (223 employees) through developed electronic questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, which were analyzed with appropriate descriptive and parametric tests, The findings showed that there were statistically significant relationships between the human talent management system and the Organizational performance, the results of multiple regression between the human talent management system and the Organizational performance showed significant and positive impact on Organizational performance, The study recommended to offer more support to their staff and to develop advanced systems for selection of employees, developing a strategy to maintain the best creative workers, It also highlighted the importance of developing a department of human talent, providing the right budget to motivate talented people
