Abstract EN

This research paper aims to measure the impact of Institutional happiness on organizational excellence.

The study population includes managers and administrative officials from Algerian economic institutions.

As for the sample, it was chosen randomly and it contains 30 employees.

The study relied on deductive and inductive methods using description and analysis tools.

Field data were collected with a questionnaire that was developed to test hypotheses and achieve the objectives of the study.

Among the findings, there is a positive correlation between all dimensions of Institutional happiness and organizational excellence, and also the presence of an effect between the variables, while the variable that can be predicted in organizational excellence was the focus on the strengths of the worker.
