الغرض من هذه المقالة هو دراسة أهمية المعرفة في تطوير أداء الموظفين بالمنظمات القائمة على المعرفة، و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة فقد تم توزيع مجموعة من الاستبانات و التي بلغت 50 استبانة لدراسة متغيرات الدراسة على عينة يعملون في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - مؤسسة محل الدراسة تنتهج تقاسم المعرفة.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية ما بين تقاسم المعرفة و تطوير الأداء بالمؤسسة.

jel: L25; D83The purpose of this article is to study the importance of knowledge in the development of staff performance in knowledge-based organizations.
To achieve the objectives of this study, a set of 50 resolution studies of study variables were distributed to a sample working in the organization in question.
The most important results of this study are: - The institution in question follows knowledge sharing.
- Statistically significant differences between knowledge sharing and enterprise performance development
