The experiment was carried out in the field of the Soil Research Department - Office of Agricultural Researches/ Ministry of Agriculture in the Abi Ghraib for the fall season 2018-2019 in sedimentary in a silt clay loam texture soil.

By a split-split-plot design and the transactions were distributed using the complete random block design.

RCBD with three factors: The main plot, adding biofertilizer, symbolized by (B0 and B1), and the second subplot with three levels of humic acids (0, 10 and20 kg ha-1) and symbolized by (H0, H1, and H2) and the third sub-subplot.

With five nanofertilizer treatments at (0, 100 (Fe), 75 (Zn), 50 (Mn), and “100 + 75 + 50” (Fe + Zn + Mn) mg L-1), symbolized by (F0, F1, F2, F3, and F4) For two phases (Booting and flowering) with adding half of the fertilizer recommendation for all experimental units at a rate of 80, 40 and 60 kg ha-1, 160, 80 and 120 kg ha-1 for only three replicates of each of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium respectively.

Soil samples were taken to estimate the available of the nutrients nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron.

Zinc and manganese in the soil will be at the harvest stage and yield wheat.

The results showed that the addition of nanofertilizer together and the second level of humic acids with biofertilizer achieved the highest increase in nutrient availability as the percentage of increase was 119.7, 183.1, 29.5, 263.2, 148.5, and 180.9% for nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, and manganese, respectively, as well as an increase in grain yield by 66.5% compared to the control treatment, which gave a yield of 5.343 Mg ha-1, noting that the triple interference treatment (B1H2F4) was superior and with a different percentage increase for all study indicators compared to the rate of full fertilization recommendation (100% NPK).
