Abstract EN

Change in media address seeks the fulfillment of people's needs, and it serves the religious address by using the good word, advice and purposeful discipline.

Having surveyed the scholars' views, we think that the concentration of media should on showing the correct and the bright picture of the relation with non- Moslems, in order to differentiate between those fighting Muslims and nonfighting civilians.

The non-Muslim civilians should be saluted if they saluted first.

Encourage exchange of greetings in non-religious occasions with words not in contrast with Islamic Shareaa as in marriage, birth and illness.

Media should declare that our relation with non-Muslims is based on peace not war, they are considered civilians in our countries, enjoying all the rights of citizenship, and they are treated like Muslims.

The media should also point out that links could be built with non-Muslims, and it is prohibited to attack them, not only that but swords and souls should be given to defend them as long as they are in the mercy of god " Allah " and Mohammed "peace be upon him " .

Non-Muslims can be exempted from paying "jezia" in condition they share defending the country against enemies.

The title of this issue "jezia" can be changed if they felt uneasy towards it, for the targets and the meanings are more important than words and constructions, and the names are not important unless they are clear.
