تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير حدود الإنتاج و قياس الكفاءة التقنية لـ 59 مؤسسة إستشفائية متخصصة جزائرية (EHS) خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2011 إلى 2015 بإستخدام المقاربة المعلمية المتمثلة في أسلوب تحليل الحدود العشوائية (SFA) وفق دالة الإنتاج المقدرة بطريقة الإحتمال الأقصى.
تبين من خلال نتائج التقديرات أن المدخلات (المتمثلة في العمل و رأس المال) تحمل المستشفيات المتخصصة الجزائرية تكاليف إضافية غير مستغلة لصالح مخرجاتها، فهي تعاني من فائض في المدخلات أي الإسراف في توظيف الموارد المادية و المالية و البشرية المتاحة، كما بينت النتائج أن هناك تباين في درجات الكفاءة بين مختلف المؤسسات الإستشفائية المتخصصة بمتوسط كفاءة بلغ 68.
18٪، و بالتالي يمكن لهذه المستشفيات تحسين مخرجاتها بما نسبته 31.

Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to estimate the production frontiers and to measure the technical efficiency concerning 59 Algerian specialized hospitals (EHS) during the period 2011-2015, using the parametric approach of the stochastic frontier method (SFA) according to the production function estimated in the likelihood method.
The results of the estimations show that the inputs (labor and capital) of the Algerian specialized hospitals have an additional unused cost in favor of their productions, they suffer from an excess of inputs, that is to say from an excessive use.
