Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the social values and their impact on organizational conflict among employees of Arab Potash Company; this study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, where a questionnaire has been developed as a tool for data collection, which contained all the data required.

The study population consisted of (1740) single items of all employees in Arab Potash Company, where a (190) single-item there from has been chosen as a study sample by using Stratified Random Sample, and descriptive statistics methods have been adopted to respond to the questions raised by this study.

The study findings have concluded that despite the high level of the social values prevailing among the company’s employees, the organizational conflict is existed and showed a moderate degree, as the social values (loyalty, cooperation and individual responsibility) exert a moral impact on the organizational conflict in Arab Potash Company, where it is found to be a statistically significant of loyalty values on the organizational conflict among the company’s employees This study has recommended that there is a need for recognizing and promoting social values by the decision makers in Arab Potash Company and holding training courses for the employees on the concept and reasons for the organizational conflict
