This study deals with the features of the Imam Ibn al-Karaki's approach in his book "Fe Al-mawla Al-kareem ala Abedeh Ibrahim", which is still in manuscript in the jurisprudence of Hanafi.

The researchers developed a translation that shows the personality of this savant and his characteristics, studying his book, and devising his method through the scientific issues he raised.

And the researchers reached the imam of this savant in the Hanafi jurisprudence.

This is evidenced by his accuracy in transmitting the jurisprudential views of the Hanafi scholars, and accepting his remarks among the scholars of the doctrine and transferring from him.
