Pragmatics is one of the latest linguistic trends that have emerged on the arena of modern and contemporary linguistic lessons, which is often referred to as the study of the use of language in a specific context according to the purposes of the speakers and the conditions of the interlocutors.

the deliberative approach is an appropriate entry point that enables us to clarify the intent and function in the media discourse.

in this study, we focused on verbal verbs as they are the first foundations from which deliberation was launched, and we have chosen the media discourse as a code of application.

to what extent can deliberativeness contribute to describing and interpreting the dimensions of media discourse ? what is the impact of verbal verbs on the language of the journalist in al-Shorouk daily newspaper ?.
