Abstract EN

This study attempts to provide an insight into the German experience in digital learning in higher learning institutions, through exposure, by showing the methods and means used, as well as training in the field of technology with mention of digitization indicators and their use in digital learning for higher learning institutions, in addition to analyzing the areas of use thereof.

In the higher education of the Algerian University, the results of this study concluded that digital learning has increased its importance as a result of the emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic and the development of information and communication technology, and as recommendations were made regarding the development of technological means, the need to review educational systems as a result of the weakness shown by the repercussions of the Covid epidemic - 19.
