The aim of this research is to identify green human resource management practices in organizational success in the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals office.

The purpose of the research is to realistically diagnose green human resources, as well as to determine the organizational success that has a significant impact on the researched organization and determining the role of each in achieving development.

Administrative culture hence its importance to us And through the search for his problem through a group of questions centered on whether there is a correlation between the explanatory research variables and the response variable, and in light of this three main questions emerged from him.

To achieve the objectives of the research, a developed questionnaire was used for the purpose of collecting data and distributing it to the members of the research sample, and a sample of 50 individuals was selected, and the statistical package was used to perform the statistical analysis of this research Pearson Correlation.

In light of the results and their analyzes, the research reached a set of conclusions, including the role of green human resources management in achieving the ministry's strategy and that the results reached well illustrate the availability of the necessary infrastructure to achieve these dimensions.

Regarding the organizational success dimension, the ministry is trying to adhere to this dimension in a manner.

Accepted by actively using reward systems, reviewing performance and punishing opposing behaviors, and finally the research presented a set of recommendations that are believed to be necessary for the organization to carry out its activities in order to remain in the field of work, including the adoption of a major integrated strategy for organizational success that clarifies what the needs of workers and society and the important programs that pertain to them And the preparation of annual plans organized and clear goals
