The study aims to test the nature of the impact of the commitment to social responsibility on the organizational performance of the sanitary ceramics corporation in el Milia, where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect data from the sample's 130 workers in the institution, which was determined by the random sampling method, the results of the study concluded that the commitment to social responsibility has a positive effect on the organizational performance of the institution, which is due to the effect of both economic and moral responsibility on the organizational performance.

the study also concluded that the rest of the dimensions (legal responsibility, philanthropy) have no effect on the organizational performance of the sanitary ceramics corporation in el Milia.
