Abstract EN

The study aimed at demonstrating family security from an Islamic educational perspective and the degree to which it is achieved by female workers in the Yarmouk University.

the researcher used many methodologies : the inductive approach in order to reach the objectives of the study, survey description and deductive approach.

a family security index was constructed.

the questionnaire was used in the process of collecting data for a sample of the study population consisted of 738 married female workers, and the subjects were select by a simple random sampling method from the study population.

the sample consisted of 505 married women workers.

the questionnaires were distributed electronically to all members of the sample during the first semester of the year 2020/2021.

the results of the study showed that the concept an Islamic educational perspective consisted of a planned and organized process between family members in a permanent positive interaction between them for all aspects of the psychological, economic and social well- being.

this relationship is characterized by love, affection, cooperation, and consultation to achieve cohesion and stability.

the study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α =0.05) between the averages of the sample's estimates on the total score of the family security index among female workers in Yarmouk University.

due to the difference in the job type variable.

the two researchers also recommend that educational institutions cooperate to spread the culture of family security instead of violence and committing various crimes.
