method is among the most recent methods adopted in the field of competency assessment, It is an effective tool that aims to provide a real description of the competencies possessed by individuals, as well as giving them the right to participate in evaluating their performance, on the basis of which decisions are made regarding human resources in the organization.

The aim of this study is to know the contribution of the 360° method in evaluating competencies in the economic company as a modern method for a real competency assessment, where the current study was conducted in Maghreb Pipe Company in M'Sila.

To achieve this goal; a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of five managers from the company whose competencies are evaluated by the parties participating in the evaluation process, namely: Self-evaluation, direct supervisor, subordinates, as well as colleagues, the data was processed using SPSS program.

The results show the effectiveness of the 360° method in evaluating the competencies of the Maghreb Pipe company, through the effective contribution of the parties involved in the assessment of competencies in the company.
