Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the correlation between organizational agility and job engagement at the agricultural services companies in Gadarif State/ Sudan; the study followed the analytical descriptive method along with using a designed questionnaire which distributed to a sample of (60) employees at agricultural companies in Gadarif State in the Sudan.

The main important findings of the study were as follows: there is a high practice of organizational agility and job engagement, and there is a positive statistical correlation between the organizational agility and employment, and there are no statistical differences of the respondents' attitudes towards job engagement attributed to their personal variables (gender, age, marital status, scientific qualification, and training courses).

Finally, the study offered a set of recommendations to help decision-makers in building and strengthening organizational agility as a catalyst for the job engagement of human resources in these companies to drive the overall performance to Excellence.
