This research aims to know and diagnose the most important problems facing secondary school students in the field in schools affiliated with the Department of Education in Balad، the Department of Dhuluiya Education، and the Department of Ishaqi Education، which is affiliated with the Salah al-Din Education Directorate، and from the point of view of the teachers of the subject، with the aim of diagnosing difficulties and obstacles in order to develop ways to raise the efficiency of performance Educational at this stage and from the perspective of educational sociology، and by adopting a methodological method of field survey (questionnaire-standard) scientific، and by the stratified random sampling method، and after applying the research and processing the data statistically، the researcher reached the following results: 1- Increasing the number of students in one class made it difficult for The teacher / school to seriously follow up to raise the level of educational and scientific performance of the student، especially in mathematics.

The frequent disruption of work hours and its negative consequences on the student’s scientific level.
