هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر المرونة الاستراتيجية على التميز المؤسسي في المؤسسة الجهوية موبيليس بولاية بشار، و تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و الذي وزع على عينة عشوائية شملت 40 موظف، و تم الاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات و المعطيات.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للمرونة الاستراتيجية على التميز المؤسسي راجع لتأثير كل من المرونة الإنتاجية و التنافسية، كما توصلت الدراسة أنه ليس لباقي الأبعاد أثر على التميز في مؤسسة موبيليس و بشار.

This study aimed to determine the impact of strategic flexibility on institutional excellence in the Mobilis regional institution in the Wilayat of Bechar.
the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to a random sample of 40 employees, and the SPSS program was used to analyze data a.
the study concluded that there is a positive impact of strategic flexibility on institutional excellence due to the impact of both productivity and competitiveness flexibility, and the study also found that the rest of the dimensions have no effect on excellence in the Mobilis institution in the Wilayat of Bechar.
