Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the impact of e-learning on the performance of faculty members in Jordanian universities in light of Corona pandemic, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used through the development of a questionnaire that included (71) paragraphs, and its validity and consistency was confirmed.

The results of the study showed that: There is a statistically positive significant impact of e-learning with its dimensions on the performance of faculty members with its dimensions.

There is a statistically positive significant impact of elearning on the educational performance of faculty members in Jordanian universities in light of the Corona pandemic.

There is a statistically positive significant impact of elearning in the scientific research of faculty members in Jordanian universities in light of the Corona pandemic.

There is a statistically positive significant impact of e-learning in community service for faculty members in Jordanian universities in light of the Corona pandemic.

The study recommends continuing to modernize and develop the technological infrastructure in Jordanian universities due to the need for e-learning for advanced technological tools and software.
