Abstract EN

The study aimed at revealing the effectiveness of an educational program based on the communication entrance in the development of listening skills in the sixth graders in Arabic with the students of phase in Gaza, and the researchers used a test and a note card, The sample of the study consisted of (84) students from the sixth grade students in Abasan Preparatory Boys School in the east of Khan Yunis Governorate.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, and the quasi-experimental method.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the study resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.01) between the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the listening skills.

The differences were in favor of the experimental group, and the study recommended the adoption of the educational program based on the communicative approach in the education of basic stage students in Palestine.
