Abstract EN

The research aims to identify "the requirements for administrative creativity among the leaders of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in light of the strategy of the six thinking hats" through the following sub-goals: Identify the reality of administrative creativity among the leaders of the schools of the second cycle of basic education, identify the strategy of thinking hats The six school leaderships of the second cycle of basic education, and the descriptive approach was used, The sample was selected by stratified random method from some schools in three governorates from the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, namely (Fayoum Governorate) and their number was (167), (Beni Suef Governorate) and their number reached (159), and (Alexandria Governorate) and their number reached (163).

Thus, the total number of the sample is (489) teachers and school principals, and the field study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2020 AD / 2021 AD.

The study tools included a questionnaire divided into the top two axes (the first axis): the reality of administrative creativity among the leaders of the schools of the second cycle of basic education and it consisted of (29) phrases, (the second axis) the requirements of the six thinking hats strategy, The most important results were that the practice of the reality of administrative creativity among the leaders of the schools of the second cycle of basic education came in a weak degree with an arithmetic average (1.94), arranged in descending order (flexibility - originality - fluency - sensitivity to problems - continuation of the trend), and the requirements of the six thinking hats strategies came in a moderate degree.

With a mean arithmetic (2.19), in descending order (white, blue, red, black, yellow, green), and there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of managerial creativity and the six thinking hats strategies.
