Abstract EN

The current research aimed at developing the digital teaching skills of faculty members in the col of education in the light of the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution.

a list of requirements of the fourth industrial revolution was reported and a training program was developed based on these requirements.

in order to verify the effectiveness of the program in developing the cognitive and skills of digital teaching among the research group; a cognitive test and performance list were constructed and then applied before and after the experiment.

the research reached several results including the effectiveness of the training program in developing the participants’ digital teaching cognitive and performance skills.

finally, number of recommendations were presented such as the necessity of training faculty members on digital teaching skills in the light of the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution.
