Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program for basic stage teachers based on the competencies of e-learning in developing creative thinking skills and improving their motivation for teaching.

the study follows the experimental approach and the semi experimental design.

the sample of the study consisted of (60) male and female teachers and was divided into two groups : the experimental group which was studied according to a training program that is based on the competencies of e learning of (29) male and female members of teachers.

while the other group, which is consisted of (31) teachers, follows the control method.

intentionally, the teachers were chosen from "the model School at Mu'tah University of the directorate of education in southern Mazar district in The Hashemite Kingdom Of Jordan".

in order to achieve the goals of the study, the creative and motivation scale were developed.

the results of the study show that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two experimental groups that used a training program based on the e-learning competencies and the control group marks that were studied in usual way on the criteria of creative thinking and motivation in favor of the experimental group.

based on the results of the study, the researcher presents a sets of recommendations.
