Abstract EN

This study aims to explain the effectiveness of time management on ajloun collage students and its relation with the academic achievement in the light of different grades (diploma or bachelor ).

The study consisted of (460) student , (260) student are in the course of bachelor and (200) students are diploma , the researchers use a questionary which consist of (31) points.

which divided into five dimentions , that , long plan , the direction into time , short plan, controlling time and the academy.

After that the study resulted.

that the effectiveness of time management on the students of the study was in the middle average with the whole axis of the study, and there was a relation between the direction of the time and the a achievement.

while there was not any relation with the other fields.

The study points out some differences with statistics significant (0.05) for bachelor and short plan for diploma , while there was not any relation with the rest of other fields.
