درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى الإداريين العاملين في مديريات التربية و التعليم في محافظة المفرق في الأردن

Abstract EN

This study aimed at idertifying the degree of Practice transformational leadership with administrators working in Mafraq Education Directorates in Jordan from the viewpoint of those working with them, and the impact of gender, qualification, and years of experience on the responses of the study sample.

A selected sample of (183) person, answered a questionnaire that consisted of (12) items distributed on four dimensions : The idealistic effect, motivation and inspirational, mental incentives, and individualistic consideration.

The study revealed the following results.

The degree of transformational leadership with administrators was moderate.

The study of showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of study sample due to the variable of gender, qualification, and years of experience.

The researcher recommended training administrators on various administrative positions to give effect to the exercise of the dimensions of transformational leadership to suit administrative situations.
