Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the possibility of applying the principles of total quality management in Algerian universities, case study of the University of Biskra, from the perspective of faculty members.

The study sample was composed of 400 faculty members.

For that purpose, the researcher used a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of the study, data were unloaded and results were analyzed using the statistical program ‘SPSS’.

Results showed that we may apply the principles of total quality management consisting on commitment of superior administration to quality, focusing on the customer, continuous improvement, training, decisionmaking basing on facts relating to the university subject of the research.
