Abstract EN

This Study aims to assess the effect of using social responsibility perspective at the performance of the public institutes in the Gaza Strip, and developing it to serve the Palestinian community, and giving proposals in order to sustain the social responsibility.

The descriptive method was used to attain through and detailed knowledge for the subject of this study.

The researcher used the secondary references as Arabic and foreign books, periodicals, essays, published researches, and scientific thesis, and primitive resource which was the questionnaire prepared especially for this study.

This study was concluded that social responsibility has direct effect on the institutes' performance.

The researcher recommends social responsibility should be sustained in the public institutes in the Gaza Strip, and must attention should be given to disabled employment.

Also these institutes should encourage their staff to voluntary work for the sake of the Palestinian Community, and these institutes should maintain their resources.
