This paper examines the direct and interactive effect of ethical leadership and Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) on employee’s organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

Using a self administered survey questionnaire, data was collected from 237 employees working in public and private sector services organization.

Data analysis using moderated regression analysis showed positive effects of both ethical leadership and Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

Also, as hypothesized, it was found that Islamic work ethics positively moderate the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
