This study aimed to identify the degree of practice of teachers of gifted students to the dimensions of effective teaching in Jordan from the point of view of teachers themselves and the relationship that some variables (sex teacher, academic qualification and years of experience), The members of the study consist of all teachers of gifted students in pioneer centers in Jordan (171) teachers distributors at various of pioneer centers for students gifted in Jordan and Sponsored (19) of pioneer center, and for the purposes achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a tool estimate to measure the degree of teachers to the dimensions of effective teaching consisted of (69) paragraph was verified the validity and reliability tool where show that it has, to varying reliability and validity acceptable.

The results indicated that the level of practice teachers of gifted students to the dimensions of effective teaching was moderately, as the results showed no statistically significant differences between male teachers and female in estimating the competencies of three dimensions to study tool, as indicated by the results of the study to the absence of significant differences statistically between teachers of gifted students in the degree of exercise of the dimensions of effective teaching attributed each of the years of experience and qualifications of the teacher on the entire study tool, and ended the study a number of recommendation.
