Abstract EN

The research focused on the knowledge of the reflections and impact of implement training from a creative perspective on the establishment and development of small entrepreneurial businesses.

The study used the analytical descriptive approach and used a questionnaire distributed to a random sample consisting of (40) entrepreneurs that have been incubated their projects in business incubators in the Gaza Strip, and projects that have been incubated previously launched to the business market, and received (30) questionnaires with identification rate of 75%.

The research found a set of results including the following: 1.There is a neutral level in the majority of answers of surveyed entrepreneurs where the direction of the creative training, reflecting the lack of conviction respondents full exercise training in business incubators creatively.

2.There is a statistically significant for the areas of creative training on the establishment and development of small entrepreneurial businesses.

3.it became clear through the study, there are statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the average sample responses to the training of creative perspective and its impact on the establishment and development of small entrepreneurial businesses attributed to the variable business incubator.
