Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of preparing leaders training programs in promoting leadership skills among Palestinian youth participating in the Leadership Development Programs.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.

The study population consisted of all graduates of Ibda'a institution for preparing leaders.

The results of the study showed that the role of preparing leaders training programs in promoting leadership skills among Palestinian youth participating in the Leadership Development Programs came with a relative weigh of (75.121%).

However ,the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of leadership development training programs in enhancing leadership skills among Trainees due to the variables of position type, and the training program.

Additionally the absence of statistically significant differences in the role of the preparation of leaders training programs in enhancing leadership skills as perceived by trainers due to the qualification variable.
