Palestinian Political partition has been a turning point from which governmental and nongovernmental sectors has been suffering.

It negatively affected the legislative process in the West Bank, where the Palestinian Authority president has activated his exceptional authorities enacted in article 43 of the basic law.

He made a lot of decisions with laws that produced rights and legal centers for individuals without considering how constitutional they are.

This study deals with the decrees issued by president of Palestinian National Authority and the legal consequences of these decrees.

Descriptive analytical approach is used in this regard.

The study consists of three chapters.

The first one is an introduction in which the Palestinian constitution is presented to understand the nature of this system, the responsibilities of the Palestinian Authority president and the objection to judgment execution that caused directly or indirectly the Palestinian political partition.
